Identify and assess the risks of material misslalemenl of the financial slalemenls. whether du8 to fraud or error,
design and perform audit procedures responsive lo those risks, and obtain audit evidence that is sufficient and
appropriate lo provide a basis for our opinion. The risk of not delecling a material misslalemenl resulting from

misrepresenlalion5, or the override of internal Gonlrol.
Obtain an understanding of internal control relevant lo the audit in order lo design audit procedures that are
appropriate in the circumstance5, but not for the purpose of expressing an opinion on the effectiveness of the
charity's ￿nternal control.
Evaluate the approprialenes5 of accounting policies used and the reasonableness of accounting eslimale5 and
related disclosures made by Iruslees.
Conclude on the approprialene55 of the Iruslees, use of the going con￿rn basis of accounting and, based on the

eviden￿ obtained up lo the dale of our Audilorfs Report. However, future events or conditions may cause the
charity lo cease lo continue a5 a going concern.
