**Purposes:** The Project is established to advance education, including vocational training, relieve poverty,  relieve the elderly, to conserve and protect the local environment, uphold cultural protection;  encompassing the social behaviour of the area, as well as the knowledge, beliefs, arts, laws,  customs, capabilities and habits of the individuals of the entire community and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for all the inhabitants of the Donemana village and surroundings hinterlands of the Burndennett Valley without distinction of gender, race or of political, religious or other opinions
