I report on the accounts of Exploding Dice for the perlod ended 28 February 2023, which are set out on the
following pages.

The trustees are responsible for the preparation of the account. The trustees conslder that a full audit 15 not
required for this year and an independent examination is needed.
Having satisfied myself that the organisation 15 not subject to Audit under company law and is eligible for

My examination was carrled out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commlsslon. An
examination Includes a review of the accountln8 records kept and a comparison of the accounts presented with
those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disc105ures in the accounts and seeking
explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all
the evidence that would be requlred in an audit and consequently no opinion Is given as to whether the accounts
present a 'true and fair vlew, and the report Is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have Come to my attention In connection
