the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
It Is my responsibility to:
l. Examlne the accounts under sectJon 65 of the Charities Act
2. Follow the procedures laid down in the general Directlons 8lven by the Commlssion under
sertlon 65(9}(b) of the Charltles Act
3. Stste whether partlcular matters have come to my attentlon.

I have examlned your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charltles Act and my
examlnatlon was carried out in accordance with the general Dlrectlons glven by the Charity
Commlsslon for Northern Ireland under sertion 65(9)Ib) of the Charities Act.
My examlnatlon Included a revlew of the accounting records kept by the charlty and a comparlson of
the accounts presented wlth those records. It also Included conslderatlon of any unusual items or
dlsclosures In the accounts and seeklng explanatlons from you as charlty trustees concerning any
such matters.
My role Is to stste whether any materlal matters have come to my attentlon glvlng me cause to

l. That accountln8 records were not kept In accordance wlth section 63 of the Charltles Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounti￿ requlrements of the Charlties Act
4. That there Is further Inforniatlon needed for a proper understsnding of the accounts to be
reached.

I have completed my examinatlon and have no concerns in respect of the matters (l) to (4) Ilsted
above and, in connectlon with following the Directions of the Charity Commisslon for Northern
