It is my responslbility to: examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act • follow the procedures laid down In the general dirertlons given by the Commission under section 6519)Ib) of the Charities Act state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basls of Independent examlnerfs report I have examined the charity accounts of NaiscoS1 Na Seolta as required under section 65 of the Charltie5 Act and my examination was carried out in accordance wlth the general Directions given by the Charity Commisslon for Northern Ireland under section 6519)Ibl of the Charities Att, My examlnation included a revlew of the accountlng records kept by the charity and a comparlson of the accounts presented wlth those records. It also included consideration of any unusual Items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeklng explanations from you, as charity trustees, toncernlng anv such matters. My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause to believe: l. That accountlng records were not kept in accordance wlth settlon 63 of the Charltles Act 2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records 3.
