conununity in tenns of projecls and opportunitie.s.

facilities of its the chariiy hires premises to facilitate the runniiig olsuch projects.
These projects hvAve included: Youth Clubs, Football Sessions, Senior ResidLnls' Meeting and
Lunching Club, Educational Projects, Health and Wellbeing, Sports and Leisure, Slow Cooker
Projccts, Hygiene Pi"oject, MLntal Healih Pr()jects, Healthy Eating Sessions and Intergeneralional
Activities.

The Tru8tees have had regard to the Public benefit guidance issued by the Charity Commis51011

ended 31 March 2023, which are set out on pages 6 to 7.
Respective responsibilities of charity trustecs and examiner
As the Lhiirity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance
with thc Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2()08.
It is our responsibility to:
examinc Ihc accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act
lollow the procedures laid down in thL gcneral l)irections givcn by the Commission
under scction 65(9)(b) of the C,harities Act
state whether particular matters have come to our altention.
Basls of independent examiner's report
We havc cxamincd your ch<lrity accounts as required under section 65 ot. the Charitics Act
and OUT examination was carried out in accordance with the gencral Directions given by the
Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under seclion 65(9)(b) of the Charitics Act.
Our examinatinn includcd a review of the *lLU)unling records kept by th¢ charity and a
comparis()n of thc accounts presLnted with those record8. Il also included considcration of
any unusual items or disclosurcs in the accounts, and se¢king explanations from you as
ch<irily trustces concerning any such matters.
Our rolc is to state whether any material matters have comc to our attention giving us cause
to bclieve:
