TH GARRYMORE RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION Trustee REPORT 6 APRIL 2022-5- APRIL 2023 Garrymore Residents Association continues to provide attivities for the residents of our community to help improve their wellbeing but also to bring people together and connect ivith neighbours. We continued with community events which were held in August 2022, October 2022 and December 2022 At these events, we would have inflatables, face painting, board games, refreshments, mobile farm (reindeer for Christmas) hanging basket making and dancing. We had first aid training for all volunteers delivered. Through community Foundation funding we were able to purchase slow cookers for some of our older residence and purchase ingredients for a week meal along with the recipe and delivered to their door for 10 weeks- this was a great success. The events bring young and old neighbours out together with great community spirit shown by everyone. These events were be funded by the ABC CouncillFAPI and Lottery(Awards for All). In this year, we acquired the following assets: Bingo game set PA system 2 gazebos 4 tables Flasks and geezer Printer Laptop Garden game5 Signed: Sean Collins (Chairperson)
