We had another successful year of fundraising this year with the support of pupils,
volunteers and donors.
The events organised had something for everyone, providing social platforms to
promote the school; the school family and importantly raise the profile of the PSG.
The main aim of the PSG it to improve the quality of schooL Life by providing equipment
and aids to support the children in their education and circular activities.
Fundraising Activities held during 2024-2025:
Halloween Dress up day- donations of £2 per child were asked. pupils were allowed to
dress up in school and treats were provided donated by Milestone, Rathfriland. £198.50
was raised.
Easy Fundraising- online income £17.50
Christmas Raffle- £1075.56. We had a busy month organising this raffle, thanks to all
who donated prizes and all the pupils for supporting the raff le. We charged £5 per ticket
and sent tickets home for money to be returned to school. The raffle was held at the last
assembly in school with apx 24 prizes, donations from local businesses, Tesco and
famiLies. Miss Mcconville has acknowLedged the support from all who donated.
No further events were organised bythe PSG as the pupil council had a number of
events the parents financialLy supported in the 2nd half of the school year.
