Independent examiner's report to the charity trustees of Newcastle Baptist Church I report on the accounts of Newcastle Baptist Church for the year ended 3 1st December 2023, which ar¢ s¢t out on pages 2 to 6. R¢siKctive responsibilities of charity tntstees and examiner As the charity's trustees you are respKinsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act (Northern treland) 2008. It is my responslbility to: exarnine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act follow the procedures laid down in the general Directs'ons ￿Ven by the Commission under section 65(9Xb) of the Chanties Act state whether paTtscuJar matters have come to my attention. Basis of independent examine¢s rei I have examined your chan'ty accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination was carried out in accordanr£ with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9Mb) of the Charities Act. My examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparAson of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seekmg explanations from you as chan'ty trustees concerning any such matters.
