Charities Commission Trustees Annual Meeting 23[rd] January, 2025

Present: Derek Boyd (secretary), Andy Dalrymple, Mark Hayes, Victor Kennedy, John McDermott (pastor) Maynard McFall (treasurer), Alastair Smith.

Fulfilling our purpose. The trustees agreed that the church had sought to pursue its purpose as stated in the constitution during the year 20232024.

Outcomes. Numbers attending and involved in several departments had grown during the year, and membership had also increased.

Appreciation for the summer soccer camp and holiday Bible Club by the parents of over 100 children and young people had been gratifying.

Concerns. No issues of concern were notified.

Verifying our accounts. Accounts for the year had been circulated to members, and approved, and Ruth Neely had been approved by trustees to verify accounts as required.

It was further agreed that Derek Boyd should sign off this minute as approved by the trustees.
