**Purposes:** The objectives of Ederney Village in Bloom are:  2.1.	Ederney Village in Bloom is established to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the Ederney district of County Fermanagh and its environs (hereinafter described as “the area of benefit”) without distinction of age, sex, race, political opinion by associating with other voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort through:  2.1.1.	The promotion of cross-community enterprise, development and community based environmental initiatives. 2.1.2.	The promotion education, training and environmental awareness within the area of benefit. 2.1.3.	To relieve poverty. 2.1.4.	The promote the mental, moral and physical development of the people of the area of benefit through the improvement of existing environmental facilities and the provision of additional facilities in the interests of the social, economic and community welfare for recreation or other leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving their conditions of life.
