CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS BALLYMACANALLEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION LTD (A COMPANY LIMITED BY GUARANTEE) INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF BALLYMACANALLEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION LTD I report to the trustees on my examination of the financial statements of Ballymacanallen Community Association Ltd {the charitable company) for the year ended 30 June 2023. Responsibllltles of trustees and examiner As the trustees of the charitsble company (and also its directors for the purposes of company law) you are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements in accordance wtth the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 (the 2006 Act). It is my responsibility to.. examine the financial statements under section 65 of the Chartties Act (Northem Ireland) 2008-, follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9)Ib) of the Act- and state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of independant examiner's report I have completed my examinalion.
