The charity endeavours to ke￿ a prud¢nt arnount in r¢s¢TV¢ for ¢&sh flow purposes but rnost funds ar¢ spent in the short terni. International Mi55lODS During the year, members of the b0￿d aJ)d senior lead¢rship t¢m w¢ have been able to Visit internationa] partners, revi¢w project ivork and provide increased leadership support io projects. These visits ar¢ a wai source of engagements to our internationa] p8Jtners. ShoTt-t¢m mission experi¢nc¢s often lead to incre￿ed prayer support for Drop Inn as iv¢ll &$ an incre in Child Sponsorships and giving to the various projects people visit. A continued aspect of international support thls y¢ar. has been incr¢&sed support to project partner5 in Ukraine, helping them address the humanitaTiaJ) Crisis that has taken pla¢¢ as a result of the war. Local Missions Lo¢al Outreach Ministries- Our team continue, ls appropriate, to visii loca] people in n¢¢d and off¢r practical support This helps to connect disenfranchised pcoplc with other Organizations su¢h as foodbanks, social workers etc. This serves to provide a 5¢rvi¢e to bring immediate need as well as continuation of 5UPPOrt to facilitate positiv¢ outcomes w4thin our loc￿ community. In addition we have been able to partner the Southem Trust io offer support to unaccompansed rninors arriving in Northern Ireland from nations were their lives wou]d have been at risk. Drop Inn partners with Grace Community Church in Richhill, to operate a youth outr¢ath iT] 'The Living Room, &$ well &8 a Drop Inn Centre for youth on W¢dn¢sday nights.
