(b)\tTo receive, hold and apply the Endowments for Intermediate Education in or towards the support or aid of an Intermediate School or of Intermediate Schools in the Diocese, for the education of male pupils or of female pupils, or of both, in the manner and subject to the conditions and provisions herein contained. (c)\t  \tTo promote and encourage, in the Diocese, so far as the Endowments, after making due provision for Elementary and Intermediate Education, will admit the Technical Education of the pupils of the Schools. (d)\tTo promote and encourage, in the Diocese, so far as any Endowments or funds contributed for that purpose will admit, the Religious Education of pupils belonging to the said Church. (e)\tThe Board shall apply all the Endowments for Elementary Education of or belonging to the Elementary Schools in each Parish and District, to the maintenance or aid of Schools in such Parish or District, or otherwise for the educational benefit of pupils belonging to the same, so long as the Board shall be of opinion that such Endowments can be beneficially so applied.
