I report on the accounts of the company for the year ended 31 March 2024. whÈch are set out on pages four to six.

As the charity's tn￿teeS (and also the directors for the purposes of company law) you are responsi7)le for the preparation
of the accounts in accordance with the Tequirements of the Companies Act 2006.
Having satisfied myself that the charity is not subje¢t to audit under company law and is elÉgible for independent
examRnation, it is my responsibility to=
examine the accounts under Section 65 of the Cbarities Act
follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the ChaTity Commission for Northern
Ireland under Section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act
state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of the independent examiner's report
I have examined your charity accounts as Tequired under Section 65 of the Cbarities Act atLd n]y examination was
cakTied out in accordance with the generaI Directions giveo by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under
Section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act. The examinatlOD included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity
and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration ol any unusual items or
disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity tsustees concerning any such n]atters.

The company is entided to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the year ended
31 March 2024.
The Members have not required the company to obtain ￿ audit of its financial statements for the year ended
31 March 2024 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge theiT Tesponsibilities for:
(a) ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which conwly with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies
Act 2006 and
(b) preparing financial ststements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of
each f￿ancIal year and of its surplus or deficit for each fmancial year in accordance with the requirements of
SectiODS 394 and 395 and which otherwise con]ply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to
financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.
The financial ststements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the
small companies regime.
All the members have consented lo the prepardtion of an abridged Balance Sheet for the year ended 31 March 2024 in
accordance with Section 444(2A) of the Con]panies Act 2006.

STATUTORY INFORMATION

The presentation currency of the financial statements is the Pound Sterling (£).
ACCOUNTING POLICIES
Basis of preparing the financial statements
These fillancial statements have been prepared in aw)rdance with Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The
Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" including the provisions of Section
IA "Small Entities" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the
historical Cost convention.
Critical accounting judgements and key sources of estimation uneertainty
Estin]ates and judgments made in the process of piepaTing the financial statements are continually evaluatsd and
are b&sed on bistorical experience and other factors, including expectations of future events tbat are believed to
be reasonable under the circumstances. The directors do not consider that there are atky critical judgments made
in applyino the Companls accounting policies 01 that there are any crttical accounting estimates or assumptions
which ]nay have a Si￿1]fiCant risk of causing a material adjusttnent to Ca￿iDg amounts of assets and liabilities
within the next financial yeaT.
Tllrnover
Turnover is measured at the fair value of the Consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates,
value added tax and other sales taxes.
Taxation
Taxation for the year comprises Cu￿ent and deferred tax. Tax is recogtiised in the Income Statemen¢ except to
the extent that it relates to items recoguised in otber comprehensive income or directly in equity.
Current or deferred taxation &ssets and Iiabilities are not discounte(t
Current tax is recogtiised at the amount of t&x payable usillg the tax rdtes and laws that have ￿ell enacted or
substantively enacted by tbe balance sheet date.
Deferred tax
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not Teversed at the balance
sheet date.
Timing differences arise frorn the inclusion of income and expenses in tax &ssessments in periods different fron]
those in which they are recognised ill financial statements. Defe￿ed tax is measured using tax rates and laws that
have been enacted or substantively en￿tsd by the year end and that are expected to appEy to the reversal of the
timing difference.
Unrelieved tax losses and other deferred tax assets are recognised onty to the extent that it is ptobable that they
will be recovered against the TeveT5al of defe￿ed tax liabilities or other future tsxable profits.
Hire purchase and leasing colnmitm¢nts
Rentals paid under operating leases are ¢harged to surylus or deficit on a Straight line basis over the period of the
lease.
Pension costs and other post-retirement benefits
The company operates a defmed contribution pension scheme. Contrlutions payable to the company's pension
scheme are chorged to profit or loss tn the period to which they relate.
