As the charity's members you are responsible for the prepar￿ of the accounts in accordance with the
Charitics Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
It is our responsibility io:
- examine the accounts under Section 65 of the Charities Act
- follow ihe procedures laid down in the general Direclions given by the Commission under Sectlon 65(9) (b)
of the Charities Act:

We have examined your charity acwunts &$ required un(kr Section 65 of the Charities Act and our
examination was carried out in aexordance with the general Directions given by the Charlty Commission for
Nonhern Ireland under Scthion 65 (9)(b) of the Charities Act.
Our examination included a revlew of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of ihe
accounts prcsented ivith Ihose T￿ordS. It also included considerations of any unusual items or di$closur¢s in
the accounts. and seeking explanation from you charlty members concerning any 5uGh nwtter&
Our rok is to state whether any material matters havc comc to our attention 8iving us cause to believe:

3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities ACL
