**Purposes:** OBJECTIVES The main objectives of the Institute is to enable women to take more effective part in local community life and development For the purpose of furthering the said objective the CARNLOUGH Women's Institute shall make provision for the fuller development of its members order to stimulate interest locally CARNLOULGH Women's Institute shall be strictly non-parfy political and non-sectarian, and no parly political or sectarian matter may be discussed at any Instifute meeting. Monthly meetings of an educational and social nature shall be held on a regular day, at anhour and place decided by the members.
