Objectives
The objectives of Enniskillen ComicFest are to advance the education of the
public in the arts and culture of comic book literature and associated fields of
art. design, technology, philosophy and literature. particularly, but not
exclusively by:
a) the organization of a comic book COnvent￿n based in County Fermanagh:
b) the encouragement of active participation by all ages and communities in
the medium of comic book literature and other niche related hobbies and
interests
ckuch other ways as the committee shall decide from time to time.
Key Activities in thls Year
Initially it had been decided that due to the ongoing situation with Covid it
would be best not to run ComicFest. However in the end a smaller. scaled
down event was run with fewer Guest creators and stalls. The focus was on
the launch of the new Battle Action Special rather than the usual more family

orientated event and advertising was primarily f(￿jJSed on comic shops rather
than the public to keep attendan￿ wilhin safety parameters.
Enniskillen ComicFest Trustees have considered Charity Commission for
Northern Ireland's general guidance on public benefit when reviewing our
objectives and in planning our future actlvities to ensure that these achieve
the association's purposes and provide a benefit to beneficiaries.
