The trustees. who are directors for the purposes of company law. present the annLEal report together with the
financial statements of the charitable ¢ompany for the year ended 31 January 2024.
Objeetives and activities
Objeets and aims
During this year progress has continued to develop significantly. particularly online and in person as international
travel has become possible again.
W¢ have had some key achievements and have put in place a sound governance structure and continue to have
a¢cess to use of registered office space.
Fundraising disclosuras
Most of the funds raised have been by way of voluntary donations from donors who have either made a one-off
donation or have a montthly direct debit commitment. Applications were submitted for funds to a few Trust funds
wich funding bring secured from TBF Thompson Trust Fund.
Public benefit
Funds have been expended on administration, office costs, travel and venuethospitality costs. This has enabled us
to:_
a) Hold board meetings
b) Develop and meet with our volunteers
) Source content from articles and build an online resource library
dl Successfully run leadership development courses for leaders online via Zoom
e) Continue to run the Encourager5 Network
fi Engage with leaders in 25+ nations
g) Provide leaders with access to weekly online prayer support
h) Further develop the 'Wisdom Download podcast, framework
During this year we also conducted a full review of the cliarity. This resulted in the change of our operational name
from 'Christiams Who Lead, to 'Transfortn the Word,.

been granted charitable staus by the Charities Commission for Northern Ireland under registration Number
NIC107947.
Statement of trustee5' responsibilities

responsible for preparing the trustees, report and the fiiiancial 5tatemeii15 in accordance with applicable law and
United Kingdom Ac¥ouniing Siandai-ds (Uniied Kinodom Geiierally Accepted Accounliiig Practice), including FRS
102 'The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the iJ& and Republic of Ireland"
Company law requires the trustees lo prepare financial Statements for each financial year. Under coinpany law the
trustees must not approve the financial statement5 unles5 Ihey are satisfied that they give a true and fair view of ihe
state of affairs of the charitable ¢ompany and of the incomints resource5 and application of resources, including ils

The Irustees are responsible for keepine proper accountino records that can disclose with reasonable accuracy al aiiy

hence for takiiits reasonable steps for Ihe prevention and delecrion of fraud ai)d otlier irregularities.
The trustees are responsible for rhe maiiitenance and integrity ot the corporate and financial information included on
the charitable company's M'ebsite. Legislation govemiiig the preparation and dissemination of finan¢ial statements
may differ from legislation in otli¢r jurisdictioiis.
