During this year progres5 hos continued to develop significantly. particularly online and in person a5 the
restrtthions ofcovid lifted.
Fundraising disclosure
Most of the fimds raised have been by way of voluntary donations from donors who have either made a one4Jff
donation or have a montthly direct debit commiknent. Applications were submitted for fi]nd5 to a number of
Trust fijnds. Funding secured from TBF Thompson Trust Fund.
Public benefit
Funds have been expended oa adtnin1strati0￿ office costs, travel and V￿u￿q￿Splta1Ity costs. This has enabled

Statement of trustees, responsibilities
The trustees (who are a150 the directors of Association of Christian Leaders Ltd for tbe puryoses of company
law) are responsible for preparing the trustees, report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable
law and United Kingdo]n Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generalty Accepted Accounting Practice),
incEuding FRS 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of treland
Company law requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each fjnallcial year. Under company law
the tswtees must not approve the f￿anCIal statements unless they are satisfied that tbey give a true and fair view
of the state of affairs of the clwitable company and of the incoming resowces and application of resources,
including its income and expendithre, of the clwitrdble company for tbat period. In preparing these financial
statements, the trustees are required to:
select suitable accounting policies and apply them consistently;
observe the methods and Principles in the Charities SORP:
make judgements and estimates that reasonable alld prudent.
state whether applicable accounting standards, comprising FRS 102 have been followel subjert to any
material departures disclosed and explained in the finallcial statements. and
prepare the f￿all¢La1 statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the
ch￿Itable company will continue in business.
The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records that can disclose with reasonable accuracy at
any time the financial position of the clwitable company and enable thern to ensure that the fmancial statements
comply witb the Companies Ad 2006. They ar¢ also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charitsble
Company and bence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention alld detection of fraud and other irregularities.
The trllstees are responsible for tbe maintenance and integrity of the coryorate and fmancial illforniatiotk
included on the charitsble company's websits. Legislation governing the preparation and dissemination of
financial statement5 may differ from legislation in other jUTisdictions.
