**Purposes:** The purposes of the organisation are, insofar as is charitable according to the law of Northern Ireland:    To prevent and relief poverty by supporting orphanages and children, to contribute towards advancement of education and health by providing adequate materials and supporting financially schools and hospitals, furthermore support the relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantages by working with local communities in Guinea-Bissau and providing financial help, support and educational activities and also promote diversity within the UK.
