Chairperson Report
| would like to take this opportunity to thank all our existing members and volunteers for their hard work thought out the year. This has been a busy year with people coming back into the community and joining in with our activities and bringing a diversity within our group. Our members and volunteers have completed courses which helps them in future employment and the running of our group.
Festival 2025
The festival last year was very successful and the feedback is very promising for future events. The turnout was brilliant; | would like to thank the community for support at this and other events. The festival had a visit from Santa on his sleigh, Christmas trail and other events. The volunteers that helped all joined in with their family, which give us a chance to recruit more volunteers from the local area. We also have organised educational trips other activities.
Children And Young People
Several activities were offered at the festival for our young people. Throughout the year we put ona several educational trips and courses. We believe this will give them confidence to join in with the community young and old communicating to together as a community. With the local community getting involved the young people are asking about other activities its looking good.
Partnership Working
During the year we have continued our partnership working with other organisations within the local area eg; Hillhall Regeneration, Cathedral, Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council and other local groups. We are still using the Robert Watson Memorial Hall and thank the hall committee for all their support thought the year.

The Annual General Meeting of the management committee was held on Tuesday 7" January 2025 at 8pm, in the Robert Watson Memorial Hall, Hillhall Rd.
The chair was occupied by Miss Chelsea Brown and deputy chair by Mrs Carolyn Kirkpatrick. The meeting was opened by the chair Miss Chelsea Brown who welcomed all present with a special welcome to Mr France Ferris.
The minutes of the previous AGM (EGM) in November 2024 were read and passed by the management committee, this was confirmed as a true record on the proposal of Mrs Deborah Kingan and seconded by Mr Lee McKlontock.
The secretary Mr Stephen Law give a report on the work and activities of the group over the past few months after the name change. There has been no significant with the name change, all is running well. There was also a report given on up-and-coming events and joining in with other groups.
The treasurer Mrs Andrea Wiltshaw gavea financial report, which was adopted by the members present. Mrs Wiltshaw informed the meeting that the accounts for 2023 / 2024 are ready for Mr Paul McCarroll our accountant and will past on.
After thanking the members present for the work they had over the past year, the Chairperson Miss Chelsea Brown asked Mr France Ferris to take the chair and conduct the election of officers for the incoming year 2025.

After the election Mr Francie Ferris congratulated all those who were elected with a special mention to the youth committee, then asked the chairperson Miss Chelsea Brown to continue with the business of the meeting. Mr Joe Lutton proposed a vote of thanks to Mr Francie Ferris on the excellent way they carried out the election, this was seconded by Mrs Carolyn Kirkpatrick. With no further business the chairperson Miss Chelsea Brown closed the meeting.
