The Charity was formed in October 2020.
The Charlty is governed by 8 constltution.
The Charity is constituted as an unincorporated association.
The Charitable purposes of charity are to provide afterschool childcare services.
To furtherthese purposes forthe public benefit, we carried out the following activities:
Provision of a safe and supportive childcare environmentfor children aged between 4 & and; 11
years old.
Provision of a healthy snack and encouragement of good hygiene which helps with nutrition
and health.
Supporting parents to be able to work by providing childcare facilities.
Promoting pupil development in play. leisure, and relationships.

Helping pupils to develop their social skills.
