The Charity was formed in October 2020.
The Charity is governed by a Constitution.
The Charity is constituted as an unincorporated association.
The Charitable purposes of charity are to provide afterschool child care services.
To further these purposes for the public benefit, we carried out the following activities:
Provision of a safe and supportive childcare environment for children aged between 4 & 11 years old.
Provision of a healthy snack and encouragement of good hygiene which helps with nutiriton and health.
Supporting parents to be able to work by providing childcare facilities.
Promoting pupil development in play, leisure and relationships.
Helping pupils to develop their social skills.
The main achievements of the charity in the year were:
Providing a safe and secure environment for children throughout the academic year 2022/23.
Achievement of a hugely positive inspection report, a top-rated environmental healthy report and rating.
Recruitment of additional staffing to meet the demands for places.
Increased placements for children, to support a growing number of families.
The trustees have read the Commission’s Public Benefit requirement statutory guidance, and have had regard to this when running the charity.
A review of the charity’s financial position at the end of the year:
In the financial year 2022/23
The Charity had an income of £55,897 and an expenditure of £46,328.
There are no funds held by the charity that are materially in deficit.
