slater￿n1 of Recornmended Practice ISORPI guidelines. The truste8s of the charity are a150 charity trustees for the
purpose of ¢harity law and under the charity's constitution are known as rnembers of the board of Irusle8S.
In thi5 report the t￿Stee$ of Hobby Horse Family Projects present a summary of its purpose, govemanc8 and
finances for the financial year 30 September 2025.
The charity is a regis18red charity and henc8 thg report and results are presented in a fo￿ which eornplles with the
rèquirements of the Companie5 Act 2006 and, although not obliged to comply with the Statement ol Recornmended
Practi￿ applicable in the UK and R8wbllc of Ireland FRS 102, the organi5ation has Implefflenled its

Mission, Obloctives and Stratsgy
Mission Statement
Many of our chlldren corne from farnilies that have had to battle against social disadvantages of inner city life such as
high unemployrnent, living on social benefits, low income families and single parenthood and have been faced with
d$58dvantag8s unique to COnfi￿t situations. We pritje oursefves in th8 excellenc8 of the service we prowde. which is
only possible because of the excellent staff who are comrnitted to providing the very best for all our children.

We value all children as individuals and appreciate their unKiuenes5 and we valu8 parents and carers as the primary
eilucator5 of the child and have high eXpecta￿onS of the chSldren and ourselves.
W8 8nsure that all staff receive the appropriat8 Iralning and maintain high levels tsf practi￿. We have develop8d a
pr8¢b¢e which is baseij on philosophy of responsibility towards each other an¢J to enlhuse the chr1d￿n about the
extensivé range of CTeativity and irnaginalion experiences through the arts. We also maintain a practice whith valu85
the wider comrnunity as a means of adding to the richness of our curriculum and centre.

Hobby Horse Butterfiy Club
This is an after school project specthealty designed for junior children on the Autism Spectrum set In a safe and
friendly environment. although we are looking to develop thi5 to include other children. Buttertly club is wn In
partn8r5hip wilh Social SeNicès. Most of the children a￿ brought d1￿CtlY from school and are picked up al the end of
th8 day.
Parents and Tots
This is open lo all parents and tols every Friday from 10am- 12pm.
Parent Vvorkshops
We provide parent workshops to help deal and support wth behavH)uts at home or whatever the need wrthin the
group would be through evalualion.

The trustees, who are also director5 of Hobby Horse Family Projects for the purposes of company law, are
