   - **Adoptions** : Facilitated the adoption of 31 dogs and a number of cats into loving homes.

   - **Permanent Residents:** We have 10 aged dogs who are permanent residents and a number of dogs in long term foster care.

   - **Community Engagement:** Covid restrictions were still in place until end May 22 so this made planning events difficult as arrangements tend to be made up to 6 mths in advance. We did attend the local festival (The Lady of the Lake) in July 22.

   - **Veterinary Care:** Provided medical treatment to cats and dogs, including vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and emergency care.

   - **Premises:** In June of 22 we moved to a premises on St Dymphna Road. Unfortunately this fell through after one month and we returned to our original premises on Slievebane Road which is currently for sale. We did try to buy this but the owner wanted to sell alongside a large acreage and this was not financially feasible for us.

   - **Expenditure:** Total expenditure was £5230, with major costs including veterinary care, shelter maintenance, and staff salaries.

   - **Reserves:** The charity maintains a reserve of £5421 established from a Go Fund Me created for us to use to find new premises.
