I have cai'ried out an independent examination of the accounts of Histoiy Teachei's
Association foi. the period 3111212020.. .3111212025 as requii'ed undei- section 65
of the Charity Act and in aceoi'dance with the general directions given by the
Charity Comrnission foi. Northem Ireland undei. section 65 (9) b of the Chai'ities
Act and submit the following report.
Given that your accounts show an income under £250,000, I have cai'ried out my
analysis on the basis of the accounts being Receipts and Payments and can confiim
that all vouching documentation such as invoices, receipts and CO￿espOndence ale
complete and in order.
All transactions shown in the accounts has met the accounting and I'epoiting
regulations undei. section 65 of the Charities Act, and I am satisfied that the
Trustees Annual Report is consistent with my analysis of the accounts.
My examination has also i'aised no concerns in i'espect of compliance with the
accounting requirements of the Charities Act and no fuithei" information is required
for a proper understanding of the accounts to be l'eached, so I am happy that the
accounts are consistent with the standw'd requii'ed by the Charity Coinmission for
Northern Iieland.
In conclusion, I have found no matters that require further attention and would
thank the Trustees for their cooperation dui'ing my examinations.
