Having satisfied myself that the accounts of Grace Community Churth (Ireland) Lin]ited are not required to be audited under section 65 of Charities Act (Northern) Ireland 2008 and that an independent examination is needed. I confm that no matters have come to my attention in conn¢ction with the examination giving me cause to believe: l.
