Tesponsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirenLents of th¢ Companies Act 2006
('the 2006 Act,).
Having satisfied mys¢lf that the ￿COUrtts of Shining Lights are not required to be audited under Part 16 of th¢
2006 Act and are eligible for independent examination, I report in respect of my examination of YOUT charity's
accounts a5 caTried out under section 65(2) of the Charitie5 Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 ('the 2008 Act,). In
carrying out my exaTnination I have followed th¢ Directions given by the Charity Commission under sertiort
65(9)(b) of the 2008 ACL

I have completed niy examination. I confirni that no matters have com¢ tr) my attention in corAnection with the
examination giving me cause to believe:
l. accounting records were not kept in respect of Shining Lights as requiTed by s¢¢tAon 386 of the 2006 A

2. the accounts do Dot accord with those records" or
3. the accounts do not comply with the accounting Tequir¢ments of section 396 of the 2006 Act other than
any Tequirement that the accouA)ts give a 'true and fair vi¢w' whi¢h As not a matter consid¢red as part of an
independ¢nt examinatioffj or
4. the accounts have not been prepared in accordance wilh the methods and principles of the Statement of
Recornmended Practice for accounting and Teporting by ¢haTities [applicable to charities PT¢paring their
ac¢ourtts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard appli¢Able in the UK and Republic of
Ireland (FRS IQ2)].
