It specifically aims to create a secure environment where members can play football and to promote sport by promoting partlclpatlon In activities; offering members appropr5ate competltlon, helping members raise their individual sportlng standards, organising local games of football, and ensurin8 that all members of the communlty have an equal opportunity to participate successfully. Although the club's actlvltles have an Impact on the larger Tyrone and Femianagh reglons, the resldents of the Fivemiletown area are the primary beneficlaries of this goal. The club continued to focus on 5tren8thenin8 and makln8 sure that our governance structure remalned appropriate throughout 2021-22, The management of the club's flnanclal status remalned favourable thanks to the on8oln8 executlon of our development plan, enhanced buslness sponsorshlp, and further successful grant appllcatlons, At the close of the flnanclal year, the club was gettlng ready to take on the challenges of COVID 19, These were uncertaln tlmes for the club both on and off the field, with concerns over club activltles, member support, and flnanclal dlfflculty due to the loss of revenue from antlclpated fundralsln8 events. In order to address the demands of our members, the club has contlnued to develop Its plans for new sports facS1ities by developing a club Identity as highlighted by its members. The club has malntalned Its youth structure by rnalntslnln8 the number of volunteers to support all age group coaches from a8e U6 to U19's The Club organlsed a varlety of fundraSsln8 actSvltles throughout the year to help wlth continuln8 operating expenses and to brace itself for costs assoclated wlth our antlcipated new facillty development. A street collection, a hollday competltlon, a club raffle, a club awards evenln8, and Last Man Standing were amon8 these occasions. In order to offer much-needed equlpment, our club collaborated wlth other clubs in the area to successfully complete an appllcatlon for a partnership fundlng award. Throu8h the successful appllcatlon of 8rant funds, our club was able to support the provlslon of addltlonal equlpment, tralnln8, Insurance, youth tournaments. venue hlrln8, and the completlon of club development plans. Our club was also reco8nlzed wlth the Queen's Award for Volunteers, the hlghest award for volunteer work. The trustees are satlsfled that the Club's finances are belng managed and reported In a satlsfactory manner. The committee meetlngs, which are conducted monthly, provlde regular updates. Minutes of these meetings are recorded and formally slgned by the chalr. The Annual General Meetin8 is held in accordance with the Constitution's rules.
