Activities
The charity’s objects (‘Objects’) are specifically restricted to the following: • The relief of disabled or disadvantaged young people in need by way of donations to, or grant aid for, such persons or organisations supporting such persons in order that an improved quality of life ensues. • Purchase and distribution of equipment to enable enhanced mobility and/or improved quality of life for disabled or disadvantaged young people in need • Fund Raising to promote the purposes of the charity • Distribution of funds • The advancement of health of disabled or disadvantaged young people • Anything else considered necessary or expedient to the relief of disabled or disadvantaged young people as deemed necessary by the Directors [Nothing in the articles shall authorise an application of the property of the charity for purposes which are not charitable in accordance with section 2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008, section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and section 2 of the Charities Act 2011. ]
