I report on the fjnancial statements of the Church for the year ended 31 De¢ember 2025 which are set out on pages 3-5.
This r¢port 1$ made solely to the Office Bearers as a btsdy, in accordance with ch￿itieS A¢t (Northern Ireland) 2008 {"the
ACV.). Our work h&% been undertaken so that we might state to the Office Bearers those matters we are required to state to
them in an Independent Bxaminer's Report and forno other Purpose. To the fullest extent pemiitted by law, I do not a¢¢tpt
or assume responsibility to anyone other than the Office Bearers 8$ a body, for our work or for this report.

Th¢ Office Bearers are responsible for the preparation of the fmancial statements. and they ¢onsider that an audit is not
required for this year and that an independent examination 15 n¢ed¢d in a¢eordance with the Charities Act INorthern Ireland)
2008.

Basis of Independtnt Kxamlner's Report
I hav¢ ¢xamined the Church's acc4)unts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act (Northern Ir¢land} 2008 and my
examination was carried out in accordance with the genernl Direetions given by the Charities Commission of Northern
Ireland under section 65(9Mb) of the Act.
My examination in¢luded a review of the a￿OUnting re¢ords kept by the tswst and a comparison of the accounts presented
with those records. It also included consideiation of any unusual iterns or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking
explanattons from you as charity trustee concerning any such matters.
My role is to state whether amy material matte5 have come to ow attention giving u$ cause to believe:
l. that accountillg records were not kept in ac¢ordance with section 63 of the Act;
2. that the a¢counts do not accord with those accounting records.
3. that the accounts do not comply with the a¢¢ounting requirements of the Act- or
4. that ihere is fi￿er inforniation needed for a proper understanding of the ￿COUnts to be r¢a¢hed
