This report is made solely to the Office BEarers as a body, iji accordance with Charities Act (Northem treRand) 2008 ("the Act"). Our work has been undertaken so that we might state to the oftfice Bearers those matters we are required to state to them in an Independent Examiner's Report and for no other purpose. To the fullest extent perniitted by law, I do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other thall the Office Bearers &s a body, for our WOTk or for this report. Respective Responsibilities of Trustee and Examiner The Office Bearers are responsible for the preparation of the fmanciaE statements. and they consider that an audit is not required for this year and that an independent examination is needed, in accordance with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008. It is my responsibility to". examine the flnancial statements under section 65 of the Ac¢ follow the Procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 65(9)(b) of the Act, and to state whether particular matters have come to our attention. Basis of Independent Examiner's Report T h?ve examined the Church's accounts as required under section 65 of tbe Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 and my -rnination was carried OUL ul accordance with the general DirectÉons given by the Charities Commission of Northern Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the A¢t. My examination included a review of the accounting Tecords kept by the trust and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity tn￿tee concernints any such matters. My role is to state whether any material mattes have come to our attention giving us cause to believe: that accounting records were not kept ill accordance with section 63 of the ACL 2. that the accounts do not accord with those accounting records. 3. that the accounts do not cotnply with the accounting requirements of the Act. or 4. that there is further inforniation needed for a proper Understanding of the accounts to be reached Independent Exgminer's Statement I have completed my examination and have no concerns in respect o the matters (l)-(4) listed above an
