HOW WE HAVE CARRIED OLTf OUR OBJEcfivES
Our Centre is available to all in our community for their well-being as is stated in our Objectives above.
We are open weekly for the Friends Club who are a Senior Citizens group that meet for a 3-course hot
meal provided by our local primary school canteen. This is an opportunity for older people to get
together socialise and develop friendships with all from the local community. It has been noted that the
well-being of our group members has improved immensely as many of them live in isolation.
The Marshall Centre has also been used by the Ulster Scots Agency for meetings and to develop strategies
for other future events within the Fermanagh, Omagh District Council area.
There was no harm or possibility of harm outweighed by our stated benefits. There were no private
benefits flowing from our stated purposes.
Our charity adheres to its Constitution as its governing document.
There have been no new trustees appointed in the last year and all trustees are willing to remain trustees
for the foreseeable future.
The trustees all declare that they have had regard to the Commission's guidance on Public benefit and
have reported on the activities above, which has furthered its purposes for the public benefit.
Approved by the trustees at our annual general meeting 16th Ortober 2024 and signed on their behalf bv".
