We report on the accounts of the association for the year ended 31 March 2023, which are set out on the
statement of income & expenditure.
Basis of Independent Examiner's Report
We have examined your accounts as reqLJested. Our examination included a review of the accounting records
kept by the association and a coniparison of tFie accounts presented with those records. It also included
consideration of any unusual itenis or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as
members of the association concerning any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material niatters have come to my attention giving me cause to believe:
That appropriate accounting records were kept
That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements
That there is further information needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
