All Girfguiding Ulster Charities are governed by the Royal Charter and Bye4aws.
The Purpose of each of tnese Charities is to educate girls and young women to help tnem develop

Due to the Covid restrictions in place we only recommenced Guides on 15 Feb 2022 and due to
Ih
ongoing sickness of leaders only 2 meetings took place in 2022 being the 15 Feb and 29 March
2022 at which arts and crafts were undertaken.
We kept in touch with the 8uides during the year and thls was appreclated by all.
THERE IS NO HARM FLOWING FROM THE CHARITIES PURPOSE AND THERE IS NO PRIVATE
BENEFIT.
