Coleraine Churches Forum Report October 2023 to March 2024 As our AGMS fall outside the fiscal year ending of March 31 st, here is an update on the Forum's finances until today. Starting with April, we had our yearly, well-attended, Easter Sunrise Service. The forum covered breakfast at McDonald's afterwards of £88 and received £97.50 in donations. In may we received £1,500 from the Seventh Day Adventist Dublin HQ towards our 25th Anniversary at the Coleraine town hall all thanks to Gideon and Pam Peterson and their hard work. We also received a £from 625 donation from the Irish society, £100 from the Bridgebuilders Coleraine, and £250 from the Coleraine Rotary Club. We are very grateful for the generosity and relationships with these groups. This money was used to hire the town hall, cater for the guests, flowers. new displays, and a new banner for the forum. We also compensated our guest speakers Claire Sugdeon MLA, Tony McAuley, and Rev. Livingstone Thompson. We also hosted a Choir from Lubbock Christian University for this event. Our monthly and subcommittee meetings have been held in the Seventh . Day Adventist Church Hall. Since we are not charged for the use of the hall, individuals have donated and provided beverages and snacks. We collected membership fS in March of 2024 totaling in £260. We will accept fees thee same time in 2025. At this time of 16th of December, 2024, we have £431.61 available in our , account. Thank you. On behalf of the officers, Christopher Crowder (freasurer)
