**Purposes:** For the relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage (hereinafter called ‘the beneficiaries’) in Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council area (the ‘area of benefit’) by engaging the beneficiaries in creative arts projects so as to raise their self-esteem, improve mental or physical well-being and increase their capacity to engage, learn and communicate with a view to improving the conditions of life of such persons;
