Confirmed & Passed Leslie Conn Chairman PBDCA Thursday 23rd January 2025
8 Glenside Avenue Drumbo Lisburn BT27 5LQ 20[th] January 2025
To The Chairman, Officers and Committee of The Pound Bridge and District Community Association
Dear Leslie,
I have apologise for the delay in writing as I have been unwell and not long out of hospital. The charity work for this year has been tremendous for the B-Positive Charity in 23 and also this year for the Air Ambulance. The Christmas events really brought the community out in their numbers to the market and the crowds attending your tractor run was amazing. Christmas dinner this year was brilliant and I once again enjoyed the fellowship and food.
You have been successful in gaining funding from various sources and I understand that you are working towards greater events in 2025.
I have examined the folder, bank statements and reports provided to me and I have great pleasure in confirming that the accounts, receipts, and all monies presented to me by Glenda for the accounts of your association in 2024 has been duly audited and confirmed as accurate.
I look forward to big events in the community and wish you every success during 2025
Yours Sincerely
Roy Young J.P
