Duringthe past financl81 year￿? have held our annual fundraising activiti85 which included:
breaklast with Sents. bingo. smartie fundr8iser and Familyfun day. They I￿re all successful an
well supported. One i88ue Y4e have had is that we have paid a £50 deposrt to mid ulster council
forthe hire of gazebo$ for ourfamily fun day however they have not paid it back. we have been In
Contact with them 8nd it Was agreed to be used tor the family fun day 2024 8s a deposit. we byill
follow up accordingly.
We have continuously received other charitable receipts in the fofm of payments from
ea5yfundraisingand 8m8zon Smile.
We had successfulty applied for some grants duFingthe financial year. We received the
remainder of a mid ulster council grant which was outstsnding from the 21122 accounting
period. We have only received half of two grants from mid ulster council one for after5chools
dance programme1£60018nd one tor the family fun day {£31)01. The other half w￿11 be received in
the next accounting period123124). We also received a grant for 6 new iP8d's with covers from
the community foundation- Fibrus grant.
We funded the annual leaver8 hoo(iies tor the P7 pupils, other oirtgoing5 included bank fees and
P8rentkind insur8nce. We 8180 h8(i some key OLrtgoings for example the painting otthe exterior
of the school. new plcnic tables whlch 8Uowed for di$8bled acce55. ploy and sensory
equipment.
