I report on the accounts of the Trustfor the year ended 31" March 2024.
Respertive responsibilities of tharity trustees and examiner
As the charity's trustees you are responsiblefor the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities
Act (Northern Irek7nd) 2008.
It is my responsibility to:
Examine the accounts under sertion 65 of the Chorities Act
Follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Commission under section
65{9)(b) of the Charities Act
State whetherparticujar matters have come to my (Jttention.
Basis of Independent Examinerfs Report
I have exc7mined yourcharity occounts as required undersertion 65 of the Charities Act and my examination wG5
carried out in accordance with the general Dirertions given by the Charity Commissionfor Northem Ireland under
5ertion 65{9)(bJ of the Charities Art.
My examination included a reviewof the accounting records kept by the charity anda comparison of the accounts
presented wi'th those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the occounts
and seeking explanationsfrom you os charity trustees concerning any such matters.
My role is to state whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me c(7use to believe..
That accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of the Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act
That there isfurther infvrmotion neededfor a pmper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

I have completed my examination and have no concerns in respert of the matters (l) to (4) listed above and, in
connection withfollowing the Directions of the Charity Commissionfor Northern Ireland, I havefound no matters
that require drnwing to your attention.
