## **TRUSTEE ANNUAL REPORT** 

This report is for the year ended 30 September 2023. 

The Trustees have had regard to the guidance given on public benefit by the Charities Commission. 

The Charity has helped organize events to develop relationships between staff, parents and others associated with the school. 

The main achievements of the year have been proving financial support to help with resources and extra-curricular activities. 

The attached accounts show that the Charity has managed a financial year with no debts held. The Charity has raised enough funds to pay for equipment and resources to assist in providing a balanced experience at primary school level. 

The Charity does not have a fund that is materially in deficit at the end of the financial year. 

The Charity is constituted by a governing document dated 24 April 2016. 

The purpose of the Charity is to advance the education of pupils in the school in particular by: Developing effective relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school; Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which support the school and advance the education of the pupils.
