After continuing daily mosque activities by praying 5 time5 a day in congregation plus reading hadiths
and Quran we also have a weekend children quran classes and school home works reviews.
Some time during school holidays or bank holidays the same above activities it.s repeated during
week days for the children.
Regularly the committee members held a meeting to discuss the community Issues and transmit It to
the community, also in some occasions we organised a gathering (evening barbecue) depend on the
weather condition the purpose of this gathering is to make people happy and feel a5 a family.
During the blessing month of the Ramadan usually the community spent they most of the time in the
mosque by praying, reading Quran and daily Iftar is offered in the Masjid/mosque by volunteers with
high number of the people.
After Ramadan we keep celebrating Eid- Al-Fitr in the mosque following food and refreshments
services.
During Same period of the year, we celebrated some Akkika (new baby born celebration and names),
also we celebrated and organised some Nikkahs events (new marriage) all these events took place in
the Masjid/mosque.
In April a sister took Shahadatlembracing Islam) and some volunteer's sisters offer some food in
order to welcome her In the community.
In last 16 of June of the current year we celebrated Eid al-Adhah, with so many guests coming from
different areas of the Northern Ireland and Dublin to join us and we celebrated with all community
include we invited some non-muslims to celebrate with us as a community.
Recently we received offer to improve security measure in our mosque from Home Office, something
like doors and windows improvement and we welcome the offer, now they are processing the
scheme following the installation.
