**Purposes:** For the public benefit and insofar as is charitable according to the law of Northern Ireland, the charity's aims and objectives are:  •	To prevent and relieve poverty among families in Uganda through donations, child sponsorship and by supporting agricultural projects;  •	To advance the general education of children and young people in Uganda through sponsorship and donations to nursery, primary and secondary schools in the area  •	To advance the Christian religion in partnership with supporting churches by spreading the principles of Christianity and raising awareness and understanding of Christian beliefs and practices. "
