The parenvs committee are pleased to submit their report and accounts
for the year 1st September 2022 to 3lStAugust 2023.
Objectives and Activities
The object of the parent's community as set out in our constitution is to
advance the education of pupils in the school and particular by;
i. Developing affective relationships between the staff, parents and
others associated with the school.
2. Engaging in activities or providing facilities or equipment which
support the school and advance the education of pupils.

Trustee selection and management
The parents COTnmunity ￿ managed by a committee which consists of all the
appointed t￿￿tees. Meetings are held bi-monthly during the school year,
where all members are able to attend and contribute. TheAnnual Report and
Accounts are approved by the Trustees and presented to members at the
AGM, where trustees are also elected and appointed.

Our Income raised Via organised events, a council grant and Easufvndraising
(money raised through online purchases Tnade by parents) was £8,137.39

The Parents CoTnmunity IiTnits its inconzepotential byfollowing a policy of

The year closed with £3281.27 banked and £157 cash in hand.

November 2024 and signed on their behalf.
