Independent Examiner's Report to the trustees of Mid Antrim Vineyard ('the
Company,)
I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 July
2023.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and eIaminer
As tbe charity's trustees of Mid Antrim Vineyard (and also it5 directors for the purposes of company law) you
are responsible for the PTep3ration of tbe accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charitie5 Act
(Northern Ireland) 2008.
Having satisfied myself that tbe account5 of Mid Antrim Vineyard are not required to be audited under section
65 of Charities Act (Northem) Ireland 2008 and that an independent examination is needed. It is my
responsibility to:_
- examine the accounts under section 65 of the Cbarities Act
- to follow the procedures laid do%￿ in the generdl Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern
Ireland ￿der section 65 (9)(b) of the Charities Act
- to state whether particular matters have come to my attention
Basis of Independent Examiners, Report
I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the ChaTities Act and my examinatton
was carried out in accordanc¢ with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Nortbern Ireland
under sectioll 65(9)0)) of the Chartties Act.
AD examination includ¢d a review of the accounting records kept by the charty and a comparison of the
accounts presented with those records. It a150 included consideration of any unusual items or discloswes in the
accounts. and seeking expalnations from the trustees ¢oncerning any such matters.. I confirm that no matters
have come to my attention in CO[￿eCtIon with tbe examination giving me cause to believe:
l. That accounting records were Thot kept in respect of Mid Antrim Vineyard a5 required by section 63 of the
Chariti¢s Act. or
2. That the accounts do not accord with tbose recor&£' or
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act.
4. That there is further information needed for a proper understanding of the awounts tobe Teached.

I have completed my examination and have no concerns in respect of the matter (l) to (4) listed above and in
