are responsible for the preparation of the acwunts in accordan¢¢ wth the requir¢ments of the Charities Act
(Northern Ireland) 2008.
Having satisfied myself that the accounts of Mid Antrim Vineyard are not requir¢d to be audited under section
65 of Chariti¢s Act (Northern) Ireland 2008 and that an independent examination is needed. It is my

I have exaTnined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination
was carried out in accordan¢e with the general Direction5 given by the Charity Comrnission for Northern Ireland
under section 6519}Ib) of the Charities Act.
An examination included a review of the aceounting records kept by the charity 2nd a comparison of the
accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the
accounts, and seeking expalnations from the trustees conceming any such matters.. I confirm thai no matters
have corne to my attention ID eonnection with the examination giwng me cause to believe:
l. That accounting records w¢re not kept in respect of Mid Antrim Vineyard as required by section 63 of the
Charities Act; or
2. That the accounts do not accord with those r¢cords: or
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Charities Act.
