Mid Antrim Vineyard Trustees, Report Th¢ trustees. who are directors for the purp05es of company law, present the annual report together with the financial statements of the charitable company for the y¢ar ended 31 July 2022. Objeetives and activities l am pleased to provide a trustee r¢port for the period to 315t July 2022. Whilst part of the year was still marked by th¢ unpredictability of the variable pres¢Dce of Covid-19 and the changing restrictions and r¢quirements. it has also been one characterised by the dependability of the wonderful God we serve. We have emerged from ihese restrictions and have worked hard at establishing a new rhythm of church and community life. As trustees we are gratefijl to God for His faithIneSS that h&$ allowed us tts to develop a teaTn, and establish a regular in-per50n church Sunday gathering. We have continued to make our r¢nial property feel like home. We are also thankfvl that we have been able to make minoT changes to the building to make li more practical and we have opened up new spaces for hospitality and to facilitate STnall group and team meetings. Church, TeAm and Ministry Development Despite usual shifts and settling of new ohurch plants. we are pleased to finish the year with approximately IO0+ people regularly attending Mid Antrim Vineyard or regarding it as their Church home. Our youth and children's work h&$ groTr ¢on5iderably and we have new children and young p¢ople attend regularly. We are grateful for an excellent team of volunte£rs who serve our ¢hildren and young people brilliantly on a regular basi5. Rental Property Since acquiring the building ov¢r a year ago, much work has b¢¢n undertaken to make this spa¢¢ ftel more practical and functional. W¢ have developed a youth space in the me72anine. opened up some 5pa¢e for people to gath¢T after the service is over and hav¢ a basic functioning kitchen set up to use for light refreshments weekly. We are gratefvl fi>r groups of volunteers who regularly serve in thi5 area and clean and maintain the building to a high standard. Fin8nces We are grateful to God for the faithfi]Iness of many ()f those who attend Mid Antrim Vineyard in teTms of their financial giving to th¢ work. Thi5 ha5 enabled us to pay Tnonthly renL overheads, fe¢s and since Jun¢ 2021. to pay an amount monthly for pastoral services. In addition to this, w¢ have had a good response to the Ukrainian War Appeal and hay¢ been able to faciliatste giving towards it alongside supporting SOTne short terrn projects launched by local charities such as Wom¢n's Asd. Marriage Cer¢rnonies We continue to have a licence for Opposite Sex Marriage Mid Antrim Vineyard. The Tegistered otTiciant is P&%tor Alyson Reid.
