(Northern Ireland) 2008.
It 15 my responsibility to:
examine the accounts under sectton 65 of the Chariiies Act
follow the procedures laMI down in the general Directions gNen by the Commission under secbon 65(9)(b)
of the Charities Act
5tste whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examlnerfs report
I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Att and my examination was carried
out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under Section 65(9)(b)
of the Charities ACL
My examlnation induded a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented
with those record5. It also induded consideration of arry unusual items or disclosures In the accounts, and seeking
explanatlons from you as charty trustees concerning any such rnatters.
My role Is to stste whether any material rnatters have come to my attention giving me cause to believe:
l. That accountlng records V￿re not kept in accordance with section 63 of the Charibes Art
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accountirwJ records
3. That the accounts do not comply viith the accounting requlrements of the Charities Act
4. That there is further information needed for a proper undersianding of the accounts to be reached.
