Objectives and activities
Culmore Community Partnership delivers an accessible, fr¢¢ s¢rvic¢ to th¢ p¢opl¢ of Culmore from our
community hub in Victoria Hall. We engage r¢gularly and effectively with local people through newsletters,
surveys and our programmes and servic¢s to tap into their talents and to ensure that what we do is r¢l¢vant to
their needs. We engage with neighbouring areas to develop links that benefit local people socially and
economically and reduce isolation, We deliver programmes for youtli and the elderlyg coordinate the local
delivery of essential services; and promote local arts, culture and heritage to attract visitors and contribute to
social cohesioii. Uiiderpinning this work are our key values of Commitment to community development;
honesty, integrity and traiisparency in how we work; respect for diversity and inclusivity; a¢¢essibility'
compliance. beiiig proactive and innovative in our approach; and practicing regular and effective engagement
and cominunication.

The organisation is a company with charitable status. The entity was incorporated on 29 January 2018. The
company was established under Memorandum & Articles of Association which outlined the area of benefit
and tlie objects of the charitable organisation.

mitigating sucli risks.

Directors Responsibilities In Relation To The Flllancial Statements
The Directors of Culmore Community Partnership Ltd for the pury)oses of company law are responsible for
preparing the Directors, Annual report and tli¢ financial stateinents in accordance with applicable law and
United Kingdom Accounting Standards ( United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice).
Company law requires the directors to prepare financial statements for each financial year that give a true and
fair view of th¢ state of the affairs of the charity at the end of the financial year and of its surplus or deficit for
the financial year. In doing so the directors are required to:
select suitable accounting policies and apply them consistentlyg
observe methods and principles in the Charities SORP (FRSI 02);
make judgements and estimate5 that are reasonable and prudent;
state wliether applicable UK Accounting Standards have been followed, subject to any material departures
disclosed and explained in the financial statements.
prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the
charity will continu¢ in business.
The directors are responsible for maintaining proper accounting records which disc105e with reasonable
accuracy at any time the financial position of the charity and enables them to ensure that the financial
statements comply with the Companies Act 2006. The directors are also responsible for safeguarding the
assets of tlie charity and heiice for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and otlier
irregularities.

there is no relevant inforniation of which tlie company's independent examiner is unaware, and
tl)e dir¢¢tors have taken all the steps that they ought to have taken to make themselves aware of any relevant
inforniatioii and to establish that the independent examiner is aware of that information.
A resolution will be proposed at the Annual General Meeting that McGroarty Mc Cafferty & Company Ltd be
re-appointed as accountaiits for the charity for the ensuing year.
This report is prepared in accordance with the special provisions of part 15 of the Companies Act 2006
relating to small companies.
